Hi myself umadesh, actually I worked on one software company for nearly 45 days, I have attended the interview before joining in one of consultant office then I got an offer from consultant to work as a client in big MNC.. So I intimated to my current organization I want immediate relieving, I told already that I joined a big MNC company like that now they threatening like, they put me in blacklisted like that dual employment we will do ur in they blacklisted... if I didn't join any MNC in future without the software job my family can't run stable that's y I am doing the mistake.. Please help someone what happens if I am blacklisted? 😢🙏

Black listing by the software firm has not much consequence, except that you will not be considered for employment by them in the future. Most likely, they may not be paying you anything for your services.
If there is a notice period, you may offer to pay the salary in lieu of its non-served period. I presume in the MNC you are not eligible for PF.

NASCOM has a type of blacklist that has the names of employees who left without completing notice pay. They call it something else but basically a blacklist. Most large software companies check with that blacklist before hiring anyone. So, you may need to revise your answer keeping this in mind.
