Suppose an employee is on ESIC leave and he comes to work in the company without informing the management and also makes his presence in the punching machine and works for about 3 hours, the management comes to know about this and sends him back home.
If there is any objection from ESIC in the future within this case, what should be the response from the management to ESIC officials?

If any reference comes from ESI Corporation, it shall be replied stating that though the employee reported for work, he was not taken on duty. Probably the employee wanted to earn more, both salary and sickness benefit of ESI.
