Hi amazing people, Pls help in a situation I'm confused.

Many years ago, I joined orgA on a consultancy payroll, in 2 months they asked to resign and they will give an opportunity to work in orgB since the process moved to orgB. In orgB I worked for 3 months and I resigned but didn't serve notice and they paid me an excess one month's salary. They asked me to repay for relieving letter. I paid one part and couldn't pay them the rest so no relieving letter.

Now orgA is offering a full-time position. Since there are employees in orgA who know this even now, this could be a problem later after joining. Even if I say this now to clarify, they might not offer. Do u think I should still explain this situation to OrgA or should move on. Will it pose any issue in any way?
