Compensation Amount in case of employment contract termination

What would be the compensation applicable, if company management terminate employee immediately without giving notice and reason ?

please advice.

The notice period salary, the salary of the month, proportionate incentive, leave salary, pro-rata bonus etc can be claimed in such cases
