Hi,

For Suspension letter , charges against the employee should be strong. Gravity of misconduct should be explained. What was the content of show cause notice and what was the content of reply letter received from employee ? No body will be able to help without knowing the background.

Suspension is not something like common leave letter or appointment order format. So please try and prepare a suspension letter and post here for correction as you will be knowing the whole background of the issue.
