Hello everyone, I want to design and present Band structure in my organization. Our organization is a small-sized IT company. Though we have already designed the bands in every department but I need support w.r.t how to present a band structure and document on it. Can anyone please share some referential document on the important areas that need to be covered in a band structure or maybe a sample band structure of your organization?

Why do you want to reinvent the wheel? Are there complaints about the current structure, or is this a direction from management?
If you already have a structure in place, review that and make adjustments based on experience and discussions since it was first written and implemented. You might also consider running a staff survey to gauge the feeling on the current structure.
