I joined in the college on 02.05.2005, and Continue to 14.02.2016. Resigned on15.02.2016 and. rejoined on 03.03.2016 then my service is discontinued on 30.06.2016.

Since you worked only till 14-2-2016, you would be eligible for gratuity at the time of leaving the employment at that time. In any case, your services were discontinued in 2016, why are you asking the question in 2022? The period of limitation is 3 years and you cannot claim it now anyway

The human being is very selfish and greedy. Your employer considered your case for reemployment still you are worried about your 4 months gratuity payment.
Please note that your maximum entitlement for gratuity was 11 years whether worked up to 14.02.2016 or 30.06.2016. So relax you are not a loser for a single penny.
