I would like to have an idea regarding the leave policy, How many leaves a staff can we avail in an NGO? Which type of leaves we can include in the policy? Category wise do NGO have Casual, Medical & Earned leave, how many leaves NGO can add in the leave policy for the mentioned categories? Would request your suggestions.
