1) Feels Motivated that he will be working only for 5 days.
2) It might also impact the attrition part that the employees will not leave the organization, at least not for some silly reasons.
3) He gets time to spend with his family, which will affect the company's productivity positively.
1) Whenever he will switch to another job he will always look for 5 days work which might affect to lose him a good opportunity.
There are no other disadvantages I can figure out.
