I applied in a government job of level 4. It asked for minimum 8 years experience in a level 2 job .(but I was not mentioned if level 2 job should be govt/autonomous/private/si govt ) i have worked in private sector at salary above level 2 salary..can I logically apply?

To clear the thing they didn't scrutiny the applications, I applied and i was called for 2 written test and skill test and i cleared will they accept my candidature at time of documents verification?

Also , while applying i posted experience of first job of contract for 6 years with gap of 2 months each technically 5 years ..further due to technical error on website my 2nd job experience of 3 years could not be uploaded on website instead i could enter one 5 months job experience which was in parallel to the 3 years job as dual employment.
Will the HR accept 3 years experience letter which could not be uploaded due to technical glitch? Also will there be any problem showing 5 months of dual far as I know in private jobs dual employment can be done ..dual employment is illegal only in factory act..please guide what can be the possible solution so that I can show my 8 years experience at time of document verification

Discuss this with the recruitment people you are dealing with at the agency. Only they can answer your questions. You need to be open and honest with them and try to reach some sort of understanding.

Is the recruitment through UPSC or SSC. Generally, for public appointments, only the educational certificates are verified.

Your queries are answered below:
1. They have included you as a candidate, so why doubt. Since it is not specified that private experience is not counted, you can be sure of this.
2. They are primarily satisfied that you are eligible. If they had any reservations they would have rejected you at the first stage. Before accepting you as a candidate they would have done some scrutiny based on your resume.
3. They may overlook the gap since there is continuity. At any rate, it is very dangerous now to come out with another certificate for 3 years with parallel employment. Double employment is anathema in the government sector. So don't venture into it.
