Dear Senior, Do we need to file PF for absconded employees. Because some employee absconds without serving a notice period in that case we don't have any liability to pay their accrued salary. Do this also applicable to PF and ESIC, or do we have to File PF and ESIC of those absconded employees.
Please help me with the issue.
