I have a query regarding my CTC. I am working on a third party payroll. The client gives some amount of money X to my contractor, My contractor pays me Y as CTC. Which is My real CTC? The one Which Client is giving my contractor or the one Contractor is giving me after deducting from amount given by Client?

First of all there is no relation between the money paid by the PE to contractor and contractor paid to you. As you are in a third party payroll, your service condition including CTC will be as per third party calculation not by the calculation of PE.

I am bit surprised that how do you know the CTC paid by PE to Contractor for you. In reality what happens that all the cost related to you will be reimbursed by the PE along with some service charge. Therefore, whatever will be received by the contractor from PE will not be paid to you. Your concern should be only your agreement with the contractor.

Rightly said. What you receive as an employee inclusive of statutory payments will be your CTC. What PE pays to contractor is immaterial so far employee pay is concerned.
