With the time changes, everyone gets to go into a sort of transformation process. It is law of nature. People who do not change and adapt according to time, they are left behind. So is the case with the managers. Yes, The new age managers. Certainly, it can be said that the basic traits of managers irrespective of time boundaries, will remain same. As the generation changes, they bring new thoughts and mindset with them at workplace. Businesses also change with time. New age businesses need new age managers to understand each other and work on the same wavelength. The key is the compatibility. Pandemic has accelerated the process. This is the time of technology and automation where importance only to technical skill sets is given. In this rat race, importance to mind set is somewhere sidelined or forgotten.
