We have been assigned a project on "Competency based HRM" in our B-School. We have to prepare a ppt and a report on it. Also we have to as questions to the practicing HRs on how are their companies going about Competency Based HRM.
Please comment on how are your organization is making use of Competency Based HRM in any or all subfunctions of HRM? I am also attaching a copy of ppt we are planning to submit. Please comment.
