We are having more than 50 employees & operating Mess for free food for all staff.

Whether we need to obtain licenses for Mess from any Local bodies or any other agencies?

If you are running a mess where you prepare food and beverages for your employees you should get licenses from Municipal authorities, health and food authorities. On the other hand, you get packaged food from outside, no licence is required.
