I have joined a company on 23rd March and also marked my attendance on the very first day, later I see company has postponed my joining to 25th May. When I ask HR about my joining status I get no response from him? Basically HR is not responding to me hence I am doubtful that I will still be unable to join on 25th May. What can I do in this case when I have showed up myself on the very first day on joining and company then deferred my joining to later day and also not responding to my queries?
