I was on leave for 1 month and I joined on April 1st and they terminated me on 4th saying very arrogant and abusive that i was not productive last month. Can I take legal action? There is nothing in the act that says you can or cannot terminate services of employees.
You have not provided any details so we can not comment further. However, if you are a worker under ID Act, then the company needs to follow the procedure for removal of employees, like holding domestic enquiry
