Sir Is PF applicable for HRA, LTC, Conveyance also. Or is it only on basic and DA Can we give ESI if the staff is drawing more than 21K per month

PF is not applicable HRA
LTC is once a year so PF does not apply on it (I hope you don't give mostly LTC)
Conveyance if it is fixed allowance given to all or a group of people without regard to whether it is exceptional and if it is not connected to the actual cost of conveyance, then PF is to be charged on it.
Basic + DA has been rejected by Supreme Court and now it is applicable on all allowances other then HRA or allowance given specifically to defray the cost of specific cost of working for the employer.
ESIC can not be given for employee with more than ₹ 21,000 as gross salary
