One of my close relatives employer is employing more than 50+ employees since 1+ year and are comes under EPF regulation.
His employer has given him an additional responsibility to PF Registration. He came to know that the employer is already having Employer PF Number.
He is having below questions:
1. Having Employer PF Account but haven't started PF process
2. What is the process, if employer wants to start to PF Contribution with immediate effect?
3. What about past 1+ year? (More than 50+ staff since 1+year)
4. Any penalty from PF if not contributed for 1 year? (Employer has not deducted any amount towards PF from employees' salary)
