Dear All, I am looking for an Indemnity Bond for Recovery of Visa Processing / Sponsorship Fees.

It will be entered into with the candidate who has given his / her verbal approval for the job after the interview. The Employer Company wishes to recover the cost if the candidate rejects the job offer after the Company has already spent a huge amount on H1 Visa Cost / Sponsorship cost for the candidate based on his verbal approval to join the Company.

Please help guys. I want to start applying for H1B Visa from today itself. And the Company can not afford to invest huge amount on sponsorship without getting an indemnity bond signed by the candidates who are selected in interviews and are yet to sign employement letter (They are supposed to be on payroll of our US parent company, so the actual employement formalities will be taken care in the US).

We are just trying to save ourselves from the losses when a candidates back off before getting employed in our US Company, and then we lose a good amount in dollars which we have paid for application of H1B on behalf of the candidate.
