We had a Trade Union Election on 24th of March,2022. Result was published and declared same day. After a Week it was found that form of one candidate was wrong which was approved by mistake. This candidate won the election. Now the defeated candidate challenge the election result for his consistency ? what should be the legal aspect ?

I think it would be better to have the election cancelled and redone.
I am not sure of the legal aspect on this. But the losing candidate has the right to challenge the result.
Perhaps it would be better to get the labour commissioner involved in view of the complicated situation you are in.
