How did you get a job in HR if you know nothing about HR work?
Talk to the other HR people in your organisation who should be assisting with your training. Go back to the position description for the job you applied for and it should tell you what your duties are.
Spend some time learning about the HR processes in YOUR organisation - which will be different to those in other member's organisations. Once you have learnt your job, then do the powerpoint. By the way, why does it need to be a powerpoint? Just create a simple Word document and distribute it. No-one wants to sit and watch you read the words off a powerpoint.

Before directly jumping in to any PPT you must know the answers of below 3 questions.
1.Why your organisation is in exist/ what is reason ?
2.What are the competitive advantages of your organisation ?
3.What are the critical future challenges of your company?
Once you will find out the answers your PPT will get start from that point.
Pitfall while framing any PPT
Its absolutely not advisable to copy paste someone else's policy/PPT : The reason i tell you :
1.The things which are found reasonable, successful to some other company may not necessarily applicable to your organisation. Why? Because the Attitude,Culture,Roles and Structures and Strategic Management Processes are always different from company to company.
So rather to ask any ready made thing i suggest and request to work hard and smart ( PDCA ) and prepare your PPT
I know the terminologies sounds in this post may little bit higher for you to digest but i am sure you will gain through this process a lot.
