I have filled onboarding form of Company A before the joining date. But on the joining date, I have decided to join company B. So I rejected the offer of company A on the joining date. But my onboarding was done in company A.

So will this be considered dual joining?

Onboarding in itself does not mean joining, it is to initiate the employee into the organisation. Unless you physically join and complete all the joining formalities, your employment does not commence.
