I have worked in the previous organization for 2 years 6 months.My previous organization give me the release letter but they does not give me the experience letter.is it will be a problem in future for my career?

It will always be better to keep your experience certificate(s) wherever have you worked as this will help you in future. For any future job application to be made by you, you have to necessarily apply for the same by submitting your CV and for details furnished in your CV, the same needs to be
