Gratuity - company announced a salary cut one day before my last day

I resigned from the company on 25 Jan 2022 and my last day 25 march 2022. The company announced a salary cut on 24 March 2022. 1. Will it be applicable to me. 2. How will it affect my gratuity.

Whether it will be applicable to you is something that you should ask the HR in your company, not to this forum.

Gratuity will generally not be affected as the salary cut is 1 day before you leave. So the last drawn salary is the one you normally got when you worked.
