Don't Any one think that,
All the PAYROLL, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Income Tax, and Most IMP All the Useless Statutory Compliances should be combined to One online Government System Linkd with Adhaar, or PAN (With one Employment No or can be UAN)
There should be One Nation, One Salary Portal,
Salary should be transfer only using that System, and other IMPS , NEFT, Salary Transfer should be invalid as Salary,
so, HR should have to maintain only one system and not that bunch of Registers and Websites and other excel Sheets,
and Employee can get their, Pay Slips, Form 16, PF passbook, ESIC E Pehchan card Etc one that portal, (Should not like EPFO member Portal)
Leave and Bonus can be tracked by Government, (That Could be Awesome)
than Government can know actual Employment, and Employer also can not Forge any Employment data( Specially Gratuity,
Leave Payment, Bonus)
this can be act as Job portal also, (Resignation from one company and others company will contact you using this portal)
And Contract System need to be Abolished (Good for Lower levels Employees)
Than Actual Income Tax can be HUGE, (Good for Nation)
