KK!HRIt is not clear as to what is the factual status. When the employee has worked during pandemic times, did you pay her full salary or part salary. Now she has resigned, is she claiming the remaining. What have you done for others? If it is paid to others you cannot deny the benefit for the reason that she has resigned. Pl come out with the actual position.

b) Date of Joining: -
c) Number of subordinates: -
d) Who the employee was reporting to: -
e) What tasks were given to her: -
f) Whether or not the appointment letter is issued, and if issued, then what is the notice period: -
g) If she was non-communitive, then what correspondence the reporting manager had with her: -
h) If she was not doing the tasks assigned to her, then whether or not a warning letter was issued to her: -
