One salesperson was just kept resignation mail and left the same day without a notice period and no handover, He is not responding to our calls also and his sales company needs to get the amount from the outside market. Please suggest a better idea.

You have raised a post on the abandonment of employment by an employee. However, provide us with the following information:

a) Has the employee been issued with the appointment letter and if yes, then what are the terms of separation mentioned in the letter?

b) Did your company issue any assets to the employee like a laptop, mobile phone, SIM card etc? If yes, have you obtained the loan card from the employee?

c) What is the length of the service of the employee? Is he on probation or a confirmed employee?
