Any one have any information about ABC analysis in Recruitment.
I came across with this term i want to be clear about this, as i am working as a recruitment officer, i should know this.

It is a Decision making tool.Let us say, like Perato analysis.( The economist who said 80% of Italy's wealth lies with 20% of Italians.)The idea is focusing on the critical few factors and not on the trival many.You can adapt and apply this in any field including Recruitment.eg:Classification A very High, B medium and C low.
