Dear Fellow HR Managers,
In my team, one of my team member is working for past 5 months and during a project meeting he informed the Manager that he got a job offer and wants to leave immediately and without any resignation letter or he left the office immediately.
This has caused some serious trouble in my project and team and work plan in affected. The appointment order clause clearly states he has 1 month notice period and he has signed it. What action as an employer i can take it.
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu. ITES Company.
