HI Team, For the formation ICC (POSH), if it is start up, what should be the minimum employee strength? Is there any restriction on the no. of employees? Kindly provide your guidance. Thanks

The law and rules do not provide a minimum number of persons for applicability of the law and therefore there is no minimum for the setting up of the ICC
