Crave for Recognition

Millennials would like to work freely, they enjoy the freedom of working and feel it is more convenient to operate from a flexible work environment. They wouldn't feel comfortable to follow 9 to 6 timing rules or be pressured to follow strict attendance as the freelancing trend is in these days.
As HR professionals we have to make our employees feel free and make them comfortable to work with our organization. We can practice the latest trends and office practices towards employee satisfaction. We have to understand that ultimately we need the work to be done- from a mountain top or from the office!
Millennial's always have too many employment expectations that may not be satisfied and they always want to move on to something better instead of trying hard to accept the work nature.
This challenge can be solved by making the Millennials to deal with team building activities so that they can have a better understanding about the work culture and its nature.
