Is there any exemption to NGOs, Producer Company or small group of 40-50 person who are involved in livelihood promotion among rural artisans? I want to know whether it is a requirement to have registration of these legal entity (NGO/Producer Company) into factory registration act? Kindly provide your expert views on the same.
