There is a scenario with one of the employees in our Factory where he wants to change his name on EPF Portal. As his name has been already updated in his Aadhar Card so I suppose through Employer PF Login his name update request can be submitted.
My actual query is that if his name is to be changed then what all points do we need to keep in mind as per Factory Compliances and where do we need to update the name of the employee in Factory Official Documents.
Any help is appreciated.
