Hello Harsh,

Here is what these terms basically mean:

Statutory Compliances- Every company is expected to comply with several payroll and taxation regulations. These laws keep changing. Not staying compliant often leads to hefty fines and lawsuits.

ESI & EPF Challan Generation- ESIC challan is a format to deposit/transfer payment in favor of the ESIC scheme. EPF challan, on the other hand, is a receipt that is generated when an employee makes the payment.

Esi card generation- the ESI card can be easily generated via www.esic.in

Salary breakup- It is the clear representation of an employee's salary package, which varies from employee to employee.

Payroll- It is a list of an organization’s employees and the money they need to be paid.

Tax- It is a mandatory financial charge imposed on a company or working individual.

You can find a number of guides on the internet to acquire more information.

Hope it helps.
