Please Help Me for reply the Notice Receive from labour department.
All the Point raise in the notice given Below:-




1 :- the following notice where not display at the main entrance of the establishment and its office [ breach of rule 22]

Notice containing minimum rate of wages in English and language understood by the majority of the workers.
name and address of the inspector in English and language understood by the majority of the workers.

Display of abstract of act:-

The Abstract of act and rules made there under in English and language understood by the majority of the workers was not displayed at the main entrance of the establishment and its office (breach of rule 22)

Pertaining to register and record:-

Wage register in Form B specified in the schedule to the ease of compliance to maintain register under various Labour Law 2017 has not been maintain it at all or correctly and keep at the work spot {breach of rule 25 (2) and 26 (1)}

Registers of loan and recovery in the form C is specified in the schedule to the ease of compliance to maintain registers under various Labour Law 2017 has not been maintained at our correctly E and keep at the work sport {breach of rule 21 (4)}

Attendance register in form D is specified in the schedule to the ease of compliance to maintain register under various Labour Law 2017 has not been maintained at all for correctly and keep at the work sport { breach of rule 26 (5)

Wage slip wege book

Wage slips in form XIX are not issued by the employer for at least a day period of disbursement of wages. [ breach of rule 26 (2)]


Intimation about the commencement Contact work has not been submitted to the Inspector informed VII annexed to the rationalisation of of form and reports under contain labour law rule 2017 with in in 15 day [breach of rule 25 (2)]
