Dear All, Our is NGO having head office at Pune and project office in Ahmednagar. We are working in 7 states and having around 300 manpower. I need information on following points for ESIC applicability

1) We have received notice from ESIC for registration after 20 years of operations
2) If we have to go for it then how many years back they will check the records
3) Also how we manage ESIC for 7 different states as we pay salary from Maharashtra for all of them though we have regional offices in respective states
4) Is it fine if we register in Maharashtra and rest state staff will be covered under this or we have to go for this as per state
5) How the benefits are taken state-wise if registration is in Maharashtra
6) Currently we have around 50 staff whose wages are under Rs.21000/-
7) What are the salary components considered for ESIC salary calculations

Please share me your inputs to go ahead on this and what are the things need to be careful
