I am an Administrative Professional from Pune. I don't have a technical skillset however out of experience I have been performing Various Admin duties including Facility Management in my career. Now I am looking to create a Facility Management Plan which should have a clear set of Scope, Objectives, Strategy, Deliverables and Action Plan, Back up plan, Reporting, and Evaluation Method. Kindly share the Master plan if available. thanks.
