My spouse joined a firm last year wherein she faked experience to cover her career gap. She was anxious all the time, and now, while she plans to switch again this year, this time wants to go clean, i.e. showing her career gap as is. However, her previous background check data already exists in portals of the BGV firm which did the check last year, and she fears that if he applies afresh, this time with clean records, will it create any problem in case the same firm gets assigned by her new employer. In summary, do BGV companies refer to previous records, or do fresh check every time?
