If you wish to pursue your career as Welfare Officer, then it is better if you complete MSW. That is a suitable qualification to become a welfare officer.
By the way, whether one aspires to become a welfare officer or any other officer, good command over English is important. Nevertheless, the quality of your post does not justify your qualification. The sooner you try reducing this mismatch, the better for your career.
