Hi Sir One of our employee is having no salary in the month of Decemeber how can i deduct welfare fund

When there is no salary, the welfare fund for that month cannot be deducted but it will get carried forward and has to be deducted in the coming months as the law provides for a fixed amount as contribution every year.
