Regarding Onboarding pass - previous employers doesn't use the domain for mail and my BGV process is pending

Hello, I have submitted all the documents but one of my previous employers doesn't use the domain for mail and my BGV process is pending. I am not getting an onboarding pass yet. Please let me know I will get this or not.
