Hi All, I'm 6 weeks pregnant and my doctor has restricted traveling completely due to my medical history which is why I requested to work from home at half the pay "according to company policy".
I communicated the same over email to the company HR with a medical certificate from my doctor.
The management has started mentally harassing me for multiple reasons and has also held my November salary without any communication or notice. The HR made me resign saying that "the management isn't liking your WFH situation and it's better that you resign than to take their harassment". And HR assured me that ill is getting my November salary which is overdue now and since I've resigned, I have no idea when the December salary will be handed over.
Can you guys help me with your suggestions here?
