Asking a question on behalf of one of my Sales department colleagues:
If offer letter/appointment letter it is mentioned that if you in PIP still no improvement then the salary will be deducted 50% due to non-performance and terminated on an immediate basis is this valid if the employee had signed the document company can deduct 50% as they had clearly mentioned in their document.
