One tiny point if I may :-

There is no such thing as a "perfect" organisational structure. Having that mindset will limit your ability to do anything.

As Dinesh has perfectly said, we do not work for your organisation so we are not in a position to guide you.

Consult your business plan and develop the organisational structure to meet the aims of the plan. As a start-up you will not need a lot of people to begin with, but your plan needs to have provision for the company's future needs.

Instead of thinking about perfect, concentrate on what you need to get the company functioning effectively, and profitably. Then you can look at expansion once you have the fundamentals in place. I would also suggest concentrating on actual workers who produce things, not on managers sitting at desks shuffling paper, and in meetings all day.

Your staffing mainly depends on your
 Requirement of design engineers /CAD /CAE software trained engineers,
 How many proto type assembly line staff required initially you propose to have (either on, line concept or individual proto type assembly concept),
 CNC trained operators if required,
 How many service engineers required to take care of the customers, and based on the documented check and control / rectification measures,
 How may overseers / supervisors initially you may require,

All the above are to be planned for designing an organizational chart , if I am correct.
No outsiders would be in a position to design an organizational chart, without the above planning / data’s
