I was working for one reputed company as Unit Sales Managar. i was on probation when i have resigned so only 7 days notice period was need to be served. and i have completed that ... but on last working day i have not discussed anything with my manager because of little conflict and handover active was not taken place . now my manager is not giving department clearance for F&F . so i have him same thing on mail . in reply with that mail he has asked to take confirmation from channel partner that there is nothing pending from end. which i have given him. still he is not approving the clearance. please suggest what action i can take and how.

No company of the size you are referring to will be working solely based on the words of a single person.

You have done everything, now just escalate the matter with Hr and the HR manager and if possible with to the department head of CXO to whom your former manager reports.
