Dear Team,

If Employee is non-resident of India, staying out side India & working for India based IT company, then shall we have to cut his/her PF & PT or all the Labour compliance or not?

He/she doesn't have any Indian document including pass port & holding Resident card of the country he/she residing into.

Please provide the proper guidance for the same,
