Hi All, I have attended Virtual Technical Interview with Infosys on 20th November 2021. On the same day, I have received a mail asking for my documents. After that, I have not received any mail from Infosys or any call from HR. My Application is still Under "review in progress" in the Infosys portal. Does that mean I am rejected?

NO, you have not been rejected, it means as it says - your application is still being reviewed.
I doubt the HR department is solely concerned with your application. They will be busy with a myriad of other things in addition to this matter. As we are wont to say, it will be dealt with in the fullness of time.
Relax and let the process take its course, it will happen when it happens.
