Could you explain to me how you were appointed to a job which you have no knowledge or experience of? What sort of job interview did you have?

Just very interested in this as I see it a lot on CiteHR.

There are people here often complaining about how hard it is to get a job because they do not have the right skills, experience etc. Yet here is someone who walks straight into a HR job knowing nothing. Fascinating stuff to be sure.
