Shriman R N KHOLA has already conveyed the ceiling amount of INR 15000.
However, the compensation is payable a half-monthly payment of the sum equivalent to 25% of monthly wages of the employee, to be paid in accordance with provisions of sub-section (2).
5 years is the maximum term period of compensation.
